We had some very wet, windy weather last week and I thought it would strip the trees of their gorgeous outfits, but it didn’t. We’ve only had one or two nights when the temperature dipped below freezing so maybe the warm weather is stretching out the color change. Whatever is doing it, we are having an amazing autumn – warm, sunny days and intense color.

Thank you! I tried tweaking the saturation on a couple of my early fall shots and they went completely gaudy, so I decided to let Mother Nauture speak for herself this season.
